CMS Content Manager Professional . The CMS Content Manager is responsible for creation, administration, and publication of digital content (web pages, copy, images, video, podcasts, hyperlinks, SEO metadata, taxonomy terms, etc.). Further responsibilities include template creation, content authoring and modification for regular releases and scheduled updates.
Hybrid Work schedule - 2 days / week on site at offices in Washington DC (Neat Union Station), other 3 days work from home.
Contract 1099 or C2C role - Initial 1 year contract
Responsibilities:
Creating, administrating, and publishing digital content.
- Accurately review and ensure quality on the web properties.
- Maintain site standards based on brand guidelines and UX recommendations.
- Develop resolutions to problems that prevent effective content publishing.
- Work to ensure that CMS is accessible and visible on mobile devices.
Qualifications:- At least 3 years of experience working in a content management system preferred.
- At least 2 years of experience working with HTML and CSS preferred.
- Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in English, Communication, or another related field.
- General marketing and digital media experience preferred, especially with marketing copy, website development, and copy writing.
